One of the biggest issues with cold email outreach is emails going to spam and/or email providers such as Google shutting down a domain. To avoid this, we create custom domains solely for email marketing purposes and warm those domains to ensure deliverability of email campaigns through a process we call IP warming. By taking the time to go through the IP warming process, we will ensure that your primary domain doesn’t get shut down and your secondary domains are recognized by top email providers thus resulting in your cold emails going to a prospect’s inbox rather than spam folder.

One of the most important parts of cold email lead generation is ensuring you are targeting the right prospects. As a part of the onboarding process, we will have you fill out an onboarding form and have an initial strategy call to understand who your ideal clients are. From there, we will build out a variety of different prospect lists to target. We are constantly monitoring the quality of our prospect lists in order to make adjustments based on what is working best.

When it comes to cold email, there can be a million different strategies on who to target, what to say, how often to send emails, etc. We will set up and monitor a variety of AB tests to test all of these factors. From there, we will optimize our email outreach based on the results to ensure you are securing the maximum number of quality leads.

When a prospect responds to an email, we will handle the initial response and forward those leads onto you.

We will schedule a monthly touch base call and provide in-depth reports each month, so you know exactly what is happening with your cold email campaigns. On these monthly calls, we will go through what is working, what we can improve on, and propose additional recommendations based on the results of the previous month.
